There are hundreds of smartphone and mobile apps out there to give you an added boost of motivation and accountability to make reaching your fitness goals for the new year completely doable.

Fleetly is one of the most popular fitness apps available today. You can create a customized workout based on your own fitness level and goals. Fleetly is great for beginners as it offers instructional videos to make learning new exercises easy.
