If you have not yet heard about the upcoming Optimus G Prime (Pro) by LG, prepare to be excited. Previously only seen on the Japanese mobile smartphone market, the Optimus G Prime by LG breathes a breath of fresh air into the vast world of smartphones.

The Optimus G Prime by LG has revolutionary screen design and unimaginably quick processor speeds for the fastest smartphone experience. The Optimus G Prime by LG is certainly a smartphone to look forward to for release on the United States mobile phone market.

Optimus G Prime Features

One of the most impressive features of the Optimus G Prime by LG is the rumored 5.5-inch screen, which is made with a curved style that gives off the effect of a slight three dimensional looking display. The display is crystal clear and incredibly sharp with 1080p resolution. This is a big step up from the previous Optimus G, which feature a 4.7-inch screen with HD display. To compliment the beautiful screen on the Optimus G Prime by LG is a rear camera that comes in at a whopping 13 mega pixels capable of tackling any mobile photo ops.

Another cool feature rumored to be built in to the cameras on the Optimus G Prime/Pro by LG is the dual recording ability that allows the user to record from both the front-facing and rear-facing cameras at the same time, giving a picture-in-picture product video upon completion. There is also a virtual reality panorama feature rumored to be included on the smartphone, allowing 360 degree photos. Processes like these are made possible with the quad-core processor and enormous two gigabytes of RAM that the Optimus G Prime/Pro by LG contains.

Lightning-Fast Speed

The Optimus G Prime/Pro by LG is expected to be one of the faster smartphones on the market upon release. Rumored to contain a 1.7GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, the device will even rival the power of older mobile PCs. The Optimus G Prime/Pro by LG will run the Google Android operating system, most likely to be released with Android Jelly Bean.

The style and look of the phone is exceptional as well, with the curved screen design and rumored glistening cube effect on the back of the phone. Though it is a rather large display, the border of the screen is very thin and maintains a streamlined look to the screen side of the Optimus G Prime/Pro.

The Optimus G Prime/Pro by LG is scheduled for release during the second quarter of the 2013 year. There is minimal knowledge as to what carriers will be offering service for the Optimus G Prime/Pro by LG, but the announcement may coincide with the annual Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. That’s around the time the phone is scheduled for its release in the United States market.
