Will You Accept This App?
Let’s face it, finding love isn’t easy. If you’ve suffered through a blind date from hell with a friend of a friend or struggled to find the least creepiest person you’re willing to meet in a very public spot, you know that it’s getting harder and harder to find that one true love.
That’s why Chris Harrison, host of ABC’s dating shows The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, has stepped in. He, along with series creator Mike Fleiss, released a dating app called At First Sight. The app is targeted around video profiles.
According to Mashable,
“At First Sight — now available on iOS and Android devices — also combines chat and social features, so you can send messages directly through the app. Although a video-chat function doesn’t exist just yet, a user could, in theory, ask another member for a virtual date via FaceTime, Skype or Google Hangout.”
If you’re tired of sifting through profiles on dating websites only to find out the person you meet is twice their age or double their size in person, try giving At First Sight a try. After all, you can now reject someone from the comfort of your couch.
